I have heard of people using good essential fatty acid supplements like Udo's oil.

I am interested in getting one. I was thinking of the Animal Omega by the same company that makes Animal Pak.

Any thoughts or experience with this?

I generally like Animal products. They all seem to work to some degree, though Animal Pak is the only product of theirs that actually seems worth the cost, IMHO (I've only tried Animal Pak/Pump/Stak/and Flex).

For fat supps, I take Meijer Fish and Flax oil caps with each meal.
