This is my first post. After three years of starting and stopping the exercise and diet control thing (I am in much better condition that I was in Aug 2005 when I started, mind you), I am going all out.

I am interested in protein shakes with more than whey protein. I see that John is using Nitrean from AtLarge.

I am interested in something with short and long-duration proteins, but I hate pre-sweetened mixes, and I would rather make my own shakes.

Does anyone know if an unsweetened protein mix like is found in Nitrean is available out there?

I believe TrueProtein (http://www.trueprotein.com/custom_product.aspx)allows you to make a mix without any sweeteners. Or you could buy bulk unsweetened casein, whey, and egg and then mix them together.
