Howdy Stoners,
I bought a 16g touch a month ago and am enjoying it a lot ... dog walks rock!
I'm wondering if any of you use or have anything to say about any of the iTunes Store apps that are available for it ... specifically the workout ones. I've been a pen and paper toting guy in the gym so far but I'm thinking if any of these apps are okay it'd be one less thing to carry around.
They all seem to range from $1-$5 so the may be disposable, I dunno. I've never d/l'd any app for the thing yet ...
Thanks!

Found another one which I have loaded onto my itouch and seems really good - iFitness.
Was about a quid to download and has all stuff for weight training and aerobics stuff.
Have a look on the app store to find it.

I was hoping to find an app which recorded how many sets/reps/weight of a particular exercise, I've yet to find one easy to use. There's loads of them on the apps store though and the star reviews are no good as a judge of whether they are any good...

The iFitness one allows you to make up your own workouts and on the exercises you can add in the weight / reps / sets etc.
It also allows you to add in other weight exercises.
Have a gander.

Fitview is a good app to consider too. The newest version added the ability to track strength training as well as cardio, and multiple health records. It will graph your progress as well.

I'm using iFitness. Really like it.
Having a proper note of the last weights used for any exercise, and any notes you added is great.
Regularly updated too, and just gets better and better.
P.S. Can't believe you haven't downloaded apps before. It's the best thing about iPhone/Touch.

A friend recommended Pumpin' Iron App and I found it to be very good. Check it out first and save your self some money. I had bought 6 other workout apps before I settled on it.
