Hi, im new here.
some info:
i eat normal (morning bread, lunch bread, dinner), dont eat candy or 'extras'. I drink 2 to 3 liter water a day. my weight is 70kilogram (sorry, im dutch, dont know how many pound that is :x) i'm 1.76metre
i workout at the gym approxiate 3 times a week (muscle), approx 2 times a week i run outside (1hour).
Is there a special scheme orsomthing to loose weight fast by running outside? or by biking? do i have to run outside EVERYDAY to get the best results?
im not experienced with 'how to loose weight'.
Becuase im new i havent read the full forum yet, so there might already be a thread like this, ifso.. link me! :-)
