Second journal here, the first was geared towards losing weight, which it helped with. I dropped from 215 to 175 in about 4 months, incorporating SGX a bit. I completely stopped working out or worrying about my diet (and drinking like a fish) and shot back up to 195. Up until early september I had been smoking for about 4 years. I haven't had a smoke since, and having been part of SOC (and now in SNC) I haven't had much to drink lately either. Anyways, this journal is aimed at my overall health and losing weight a bit slower and progressive improvement in all aspects of my fitness level. I think the journal system works great, so it's good to start another one.

Breakfast was:
1 naval orange
1/4C (dry) red river cereal
1/4C raisins
cinnimon
6 egg whites
