I have been paying more attention to calories for a long time - and I did well that way, but I am trying to do a little better so I wanted to pay attention to Macros. Well I eat 1200 calories a day for 6 days a week and the 7th is free. That would put me at 240fat/480protein/480carbs. Is that too much fat for a women, should I do a diff ratio? Thanks. :D
