I would like to know to every body's training routine over a week....

I believe that I have to research other people workouts and how much

they benefited (fat loss) from it....

My Typical Weekly Workout:

Monday: Cardio 45 to 60 MInutes + chest (3 Sets) + abs
Tuesday: Cardio 45 to 60 MInutes + back (2) + Triceps (2) + abs
Wednesday: Cardio 45 to 60 MInutes + Shoulder (2)+ Biceps(2) + abs
Thursday: same as Monday
Friday:Same as Tuesday
Saturday: same as Wednesday
Sunday: Rest :whistle:

This may seem too much... So I am trying to slow down (slowly)

With this Routine I lost 30Lbs over 5 Months....

But I am still fighting with my diet to get better results....

You only do 2-3 sets per muscle group? I think you should do more sets (8-12), between 3-4 exercises, and less times a week. I don't have time to write the specifics but mine looks something like this:

Sunday: 30 mins cardio
Monday: Legs/Abs
Tuesday: Chest/Triceps, Cardio 30 mins
Wednesday: Cardio 30 mins
Thursday: Cardio 30 mins, Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Friday: Cardio 30 mins, Back/Biceps/Forearms
Saturday: Cardio 30 mins

**Note: I usually do cardio 5-6 of the days. Each muscle group I do 3 exercises of 3-4 sets (6-8 reps usually).

Since September I have gained about 10 pounds and have definitely lost body fat, so it seems to be working. I just started the cardio that often recently though. I used to only do it 2-3 times a week, but I really want to get ridiculously ripped for summer.

Per muscle I do 2 excercises each of 4-5 sets and 10-15 reps
