I would like to know to every body's training routine over a week....
I believe that I have to research other people workouts and how much
they benefited (fat loss) from it....
My Typical Weekly Workout:
Monday: Cardio 45 to 60 MInutes + chest (3 Sets) + abs
Tuesday: Cardio 45 to 60 MInutes + back (2) + Triceps (2) + abs
Wednesday: Cardio 45 to 60 MInutes + Shoulder (2)+ Biceps(2) + abs
Thursday: same as Monday
Friday:Same as Tuesday
Saturday: same as Wednesday
Sunday: Rest :whistle:
This may seem too much... So I am trying to slow down (slowly)
With this Routine I lost 30Lbs over 5 Months....
But I am still fighting with my diet to get better results....
All critics are welcome....
