Yeah, it's a vain thought but I think to do what we do, you have to have a certain belief in yourself and some inherent vanity in your external appearance. I know I do. I especially enjoy getting home after my resistance training when I'm pumped and seeing how I look just before I jump in the shower... It's instant motivation every time... I pose in the bathroom mirror which just shows my upper body and the lighting seems to enhance it.
