Last night, I was pumping away at the elliptical trainer going at my 'rest phase' at around 160-170 bpm. In my 'work phase' I kept at around 175, but all of a sudden for one 'work phase', my pulse came up to 185. What are the fat loss/cardiovascular consequences of this? I've got really bad gas this morning because of the nighttime (8:30 PM) cardio :mad:
