Does anyone drink a quick cup of juice about 20 minutes before a workout? I figure its simple carbs that get right into your system for energy. I'm especially thinking about first thing in the morning before doing HIIT. It wouldn't be too heavy. 2 cups of apple juice is about 230 calories and 60g of carbs. Yes? No?
