Just recently discovered sparking water in the store-had never really paid attention to it. After looking at the bottle, it has zero calories, fat, sodium, carbs and sugar.

It seems like an ok alternative to drinking water all day. I drink plenty of water while at work but get bored with it.

Is there anything in this water that is unhealthy?

Ingredients listed in order: carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavor, potassium benzoate, aspartame, acesulfame potassium and potassium citrate.

Some people worry that carbonation causes a problem with acidic balance and possibly leaches nutrients out of bones, etc. But like most things, I suspect it's fine if moderated.
