Damn rights. I can personally attest it working....MUCH better than ANYTHING else I have tried. Including every kind of 'shake'...'juice'....'sports drink'....etc, etc, etc.

I'm sure Zen can attest to that too.

Plus, if you buy a can of Nesquick, and mix your 'own' chocolate milk, its about 1/10 the price of a protein shake, and even if you buy the chocolate milk premade, its still 1/2 the price of a protein shake.

Good stuff. Glad to see it FINALLY being advertised.

yep, milk is great for you. What other food stuff do we consume that is literally made specifically for that reason? Also, those who are calcium deficient can see a metabolic boost from increasing dairy. Dairy contains leucine which offers a 50% protection to lean mass wasting during caloric restriction. The list of benefits from dairy consumption is seemingly endless, and continues to astound researchers. Expect to see a lot more hype about milk in the near future.

Chocolate milk is awesome. I don't always use it post-workout, but at one point I did. It's worked well for me, and good grief it tastes good.

I remember a while back I was on a 3-day-per-week training split and using chocolate milk post-workout. I recall actually thinking about changing to a 5-day workout split just so that I could drink chocolate milk two more times per week.

Gotta love the Milk. Plus if you're ever on the road and just need a little something, some jerky and small jug of chocolate milk go a long way!

Plus, they even have small bottles of Muscle Milk in gas stations now I noticed. Not really worth the price, but if your ever in a bind. It's not a terrible option.
