At the minute Ive got 2 jobs...My cleaning job which I get up at 5:30 am for and then when I finish that job I work at Hot Topic until 10 pm at night. This is leaving me no time to work out and as my cleaning job is very strenuous and retail Im on my feet, Im just so worn out by the time I come home I need to go to bed.

Its really getting me down. Sometimes Ill go for a run at 10 or do my weights but Im starting to get exhausted. I eat really well, all clean Im just missing a few workouts a week but always resume when I can get a day off.

What should I do? I hate not being able to work out. Im still losing weight though, I just dont want to be losing muscle.

Wow, that is a tough, rough schedule. You need to find a really efficient way to maintain muscle mass while you're losing weight. You can probably skip the evening runs, since you are already on your feet all day.

If I were in your situation I would find some good body weight exercises that worked the major muscle groups and schedule a plan to get all those muscles worked three times a week. With bodyweight exercises, you can do them wherever you are, even on a cleaning job: squats, push-ups, dips, planks, etc. You could decide that on MWF you will find a few moments to do x number of squats and push-ups and maybe T-Th-Sat squeeze in some dips and planks. And you don't need to do them all at one time. Maybe on a morning job you could duck in the bathroom and do some squats, and then in the evening find a place to do some push-ups. Others may have other ideas and maybe some links to websites. You don't need to do umpteen sets and reps, just work yourself real hard in a short amount of time.

At the very minimum, you could do pushups 3 times a week, each time working to improve by one repetition.

Good luck!
