Your sitting there, 8 o'clock at night you have had dinner but still feel hell hungry, what do you eat?
Anything? some miracle no calorie snack :)
Or just during the day, what do you snack on? (if anything)
Salsa and rice crackers are something I like to hit up once a week at the moment, soooo good! and sometimes some beef jerky.

Depends on what my macros and calories for the day look like at the time. Some almonds, a piece of fruit, a big glass of water, string cheese, yogurt... Not all at once, mind.

Plan your eating to have another meal late at night.
I often have a bedtime snack of eggs/cheese :eat:

I try not to eat anything after dinner - but sometimes I feel like something sweet so I'll have a cup of tea or coffee with splenda. I have no problem with coffee keeping me up so it works well for me :morning: another good one is diet jelly - you can half half a litre of the stuff and only sink like 5 calories!

Just curious as to why you guys think you shouldn't eat?
That Oprah thing of don't eat after 7 pm or OMGyoullgetallfat is bunk.
Say you eat dinner at even a late 7 pm, and get up and eat the next morning at 7 AM, that's a 12 hour fast. If you train hard, your body needs at least some fuel to help recovery IMO.
