Hi guys,

I recently started college and it screwed up my routine and food intake lol. I'm now averaging two meals a day and around two days at the gym per week.

Firstly, anyone have expirence with bulking/ eating healthy with college food? I have access to eggs and certain fruits most of the time but the eggs seem ultra processed, idk it just tastes weird. Wheat bread is accessable but only rarely. It's hard to get to unsaturated fats as there are no nuts or lean, unprocessed meats besides turkey.

Also is there a routine i can do with somewhat limited access to the gym. I.e. there would be inconsistancies in the number of times i can go per week and sometimes certain machines are just not open. I've never seriously bulked before so is there a start up plan somewhere? Thanks.
