i havnt been bulking as such..just excersizing, trying to workout if too swop my routien around or stick with it. what do you think?

You're clearly in decent shape, not going to argue that, but I don't see any difference at all except the pants. It does take quite a while to really have an effect, but you might start rethinking what you are doing or take things up a notch because while you are keeping yourself fit, you don't seem to be making much progress. I've already found it takes more effort than it seems at first to make a difference.

Though the posing and lighting varies considerably, your arms, shoulders, and traps look like they've grown. Your overall upper body looks thicker and broader, which signals to me that your lats have also likely grown. Your BF% also doesn't look like it's changed much. Keeping track of weight and girth measurements will give you a more concrete idea of your progress.
Keep up the good work. :tucool: It takes a long time to make drastic changes, but it's worth it in the end. :tu:

Thank you for the opinions:tu:
hmm interesting, one person can notice a differeance and one cant,i agree the pics are less than ideal though:lol:
any more opinons as too if i should stick with this routien abit longer or mabey swop things around? iv been on it roughly 3 months and its split routien working each muscle group once a week, the body for life program quite interests me and im considering swaping too full body or upper/lower splits 3x a week.
i do believe i can and will eventulaly get too where i want too be, il keep cracking on with things until i get it right..but i think one of my major weaknesses is not being sure of what im doing and mabey choping and changing too much before i have the time too find out whats right for me..common newbie mistake?:S
