Hello, aly mostafa,

Have you read the "stickies" at the top of the beginner's page? There is a lot of good information there that will answer these and other questions. In general, you'll get the most out of lifiting no more than 45 minutes per session. You'll want to give the muscles a rest for at least 24 hours before working them again. And if you're just beginning you can start with just one or two exercises per muscle group. Read up on doing compounds so that you can make your workouts more efficient.

1 - Start small, work your way up if you want longer lifting sessions. Trying extended workouts from the git-go will do more harm than good.

2 - Bulking is all about diet, as is cutting.

3 - Start with big compounds for several muscle groups (for example, squats for legs, rows for upper back and rear delts). Learn proper form and lift with all the intensity you can.

Nothing will benefit you more than seeking out all the information you can find, because no one can or will tell you everything you can learn on your own.

hello every one
Welcome. :)

1-is there a fact says that i should not increase time of training over an hour??
Not really. It depends on what you're doing in the gym, genetics, diet, frequency, etc. Just saying "do not spend more than 60 minutes in the gym" would be wrong without knowing a lot more about the situation. The body doesn't have a clock that says "uh oh, it's been 59 minutes and 25 seconds, you only have 35 more seconds to go until we stop working out properly!" We need to know more about the situation to answer properly.

2-can i go gym every day or that will be a wrong way for bulking
Again, depends on the situation and the person. I would rather not go to the gym every day, and I've seen good results with 2-days-per-week up to 5-days-per-week. But let's take my maximum preference of 5-days-per-week. What are you doing on each day? If "full body" then I wouldn't go 5 days a week. If "2-3 bodyparts per day" then 5-days-per-week might be okay. Again, it depends.

knowing that iam not fat but i 178 cm & 60 kg
3-how many exercise can i do for each muscle to be enough
Yet again it depends. Knowing your height and weight isn't nearly enough. Post more info please. Also, throwing out some number of exercises would be wrong without knowing WHAT exercises they are, how many sets and reps, frequency, what your diet looks like, what your goals are, etc.

If you need detailed help on any of these questions please post more informaion. We are here to help you but you have to give us more details first. :)

As for time, there is no set rule to most things. I work out for about an hour and it is just fine. As a beginner keep it reasonable as you need to adjust. Stick to compounds with lower weight so you can deal with the form and build up other muscles to assist and control that normally might be weak when starting.
