I'm having a hard time with the Calorie Needs Calculator. The trickiest part is activity level. I have a sedentary office job, but typically go to the gym four days a week (45 minutes of resistance training). And I live in a fourth floor walk up in NYC, so I walk alot. Should my activity level be "moderate"?
