This morning when I put my pants on I found that I had to tighten my belt another notch to keep'em feeling comfortable.

I'm wearing my belt two notches tighter compared to when I started. I haven't lost any weight but my size is changing so I must be doing something right.

I've also developed a more positive outlook when it comes to mirrors. At my heaviest I hated the person I saw in the mirror. I wouldn't even accept it as me. Within the last few weeks this has changed. I see myself in the mirror I can see progress and that feels good. I'm motivated to keep with the program.

I've got to get out the tripod and take a few pix so I can start doing comparasons. I'm having a hard time doing this... I know that if I don't I'll wish I had once I've lost the fat so I had better do it.

Thanks again to all of y'all for your help and motivation. I haven't been posting much but I'm still lurking every day and I'm very dedicated to eating right and working out daily.

Yup, it sounds like you're doing great! Losing fat without losing LBM seems to be almost everyone's goal these days. Small gains (or losses in your case) all add up and help keep a person motivated. I strongly suggest taking pictures, even if you don't look at them for a while, you'll be glad you took them!

Keep up the great work! :claplow:
