I desperatly want to try egg beaters but there seem to be no way of buying them in sweden. I even wrote to eggbeaters.com's sales department asking if they were exporting to sweden but no luck there :(

If someone knows ANY way of getting a pack of this into sweden, pls pls give me a hint how to get it, I'll do anything :)

Egg Beaters is simply a specific brand name for pasturized egg whites in an easy to use carton (every 1/4 cup, or 60 g., is equal to one large egg). I buy the store brand at my local Safeway supermarket (their brand is called Best of the Egg)... it is the exact same product as Egg Beaters, but costs much less.

Check with some of your local markets to see if they might have have a store brand... the ones I buy are in a 900 g. carton (similar to a quart of milk), and are sold in the same egg/dairy cooler as regular eggs.

Hope this might have helped ;) .

If not, I'll ship you some.

They are a bit overrated. I would rather eat whites plus its much cheaper than buying egg beaters. Your store doesn't have a generic brand? In the US there are other brands similar to egg beaters.

I haven't seen Egg Beaters, but you can find a product called Break-Free in the dairy and egg section of the grocery store. Per 50 mls:

35 cal, 5g protein, 1g fat, 0.6g fat.

I'm going to check out a few stores later for them, doubt I'll find anything because I'm in Ireland.
