So i've been in lunchtime detention for the last 2weeks, and lunch was the time where i would hit the gym. I've tried doing some cardio in the morning but it's just too much hastle before school. So i think the best for me would be a jog in the evening, so would doing a 30-40 min jog be ok to burn some fat?, and would doing it 5times a week be alrite or would i strain my self?. Thanks in advance.

If you are doing a low-carb/keto diet then p.m. cardio (NOT RUNNING) would be somewhat productive. If your diet is carb-ridden, then you'll just be burning off glycogen/sugar, doing nothing for fat. You'll be doing that anyhow if you run.

You could powerwalk....it is great for fat burning.

My carb intake is moderate, running or weights would be the only things i have aces to now, i can't aford an excersise bike or treadmill or any of that stuff. How is powerwalking good for fat buring?.
