Day 1 10th may 2004.
Starting out my diet today. It's gone be a hard two weeks but I think I can manage. Feel in pretty good shape already but I want to lose that extra 2-3 pounds to get really ripped. Had a very low body weight this morning. Feelt really strange because I have been eating shitloads of junk all week prepearing for this. :)
Will update more tomorrow after my shoulders and back session.

Day 2 11th may 2004.
My first day was really good. Had no problems with the food and had a excellent workout on back and arms. Will try to make fatburn session later on today and stick to the food. Feel very positive right now. Will see how it develops.

Hey, once I get over my illness, I will be trying to attempt the same thing you are. Any chance you can post some more details, like rough diet, amount of cardio and type of lifting (high rep, low weight or low rep, high weight)?

Day 3 11 may 2004
Took a long walk yesterday. Did not feel like running at all but it was nice anyway. Good to do something else in between.
Will do chest and legs today. Loading abit better with energy to not feel so low during my leg session. Hate the low carbs feeling in the body when the legs are shaking. :)
Otherwise the diet is feeling good. Have not cheated at all and I am feeling pretty confident and good in the body. Can still feel my monday shoulder and backsession but the stiffness is moving on. :)
Had some questions to answer too:
I do medium reps I would say. Never lower then 6 and never higher the 10. Usually do around 20 minutes of high intensity cardio after each weight session except on legdays because they I can not stand up at the end of the workout.
Calorie intake? 2200-2500 I think. Eatingdays I try to bring it up over 4000-5000.
More questions?

If I recall from your last pics, your arms look a little bigger and stomach more defined. We seem to be at similar stages so I'd be really intrested to see how this works for you because I'll be doing the same thing starting next week.

Day 9 18 may 2004:
Have not had time to update this post. Been extremly busy at work and with everything else. My diet totally failed on friday. Went for a 24 hour cruise. Got really shit faced and eat so much crap I can't even remember. Basically all of the weekend was dedicated to mouth stuffing.
Didn't really bother me that much. This weekend I have nothing planed and now I will hold it together. I aslo feel in pretty good shape. I actually think I am in better shape then I let myself think.
