I woke up and ate at around 8:30. I ate Raisin Bran, 260 total calories, 6 grams of protien, 60g's of carbs, 2 g's of fat.

Then at around 1pm I ate Grilled Chicken with a small side order of mashed potatoes.

About 2-3 hours later I ate a cheeseburger with fries (I tired not to, but i own a diner, it's IMMPOSSIBLE!)

Then later on in the night I ate a filet mignon with a ceaser salad. I didn't finish either, and also passed up desert.


I didn't get to workout today, so I know it wasn't the best of days, but how bad of a day would you consider this?
