Just wanted to know what do you guys do in the armed forces in terms of planning your cutting meals daily.. Do you guys eat 5-6 times a day or 3? Whens your usual cardio, lifting sessions.
I plan to go to the Air Force after the summer so I just want to know whats heading my way =P

When I was in the army, I ate 6-8 times a day. Basically, in the morning, I ate 4 slices of bread with cheese and ham as well as 2 bowls of cereals.
I also brought 1 bread to spread over the rest of the day in addition to the regular lunch and dinner. I also used Amino Acids and Whey protein.
I think this diet was near 4-4500 k cal a day, hardly a cutting diet, you'd say, but I was still loosing weight :p
So...make a massive lunch packet, and you'll be fine :tu:
