I've been using my 20-dollar digital scale for awhile, and it told me yesterday I was 180, It made me deppressed even though I don't look it.

Went to golds, went on their scale, 166.5! ha! I believe that one, not because it says I weigh less, but because its from golds and prob costs more than 20 bucks and is more accurate, horrah!

I didn't even use the bathroom or anything, I must weigh a little less than what it says too! ha that motivated me alot. :D

When in doubt, use a balance beam scale.

There's quite a difference there! Maybe your scale is not balanced. Is there a way to reset it to zero? Also, don't weigh yourself on carpet.
