Tuesday
HIIT Cardio

Wednesday
Leg

Thursday
HIIT

Friday
back and bicep

Saturday
HIIT cardio

Sunday off

sounds FINE...but you should give it a try and tell US....also what is your diet....your routine becomes useless without one.

I would switch chest and leg days. Especially if you're doing deadlifts on back day. But as the previous poster said, it's going to be mostly diet.

ok my diet looks something like this

morning

1 egg + 3 egg white with low fat sausage
1/2 cup of oatmeal

then i go workout or cardio depending on the day

pwo meal
2 scoops of whey + banana. ( i guess whey isnt necessary on cardio day right?)

lunch

chicken + brown rice + some vegetable

meal 4
1 can of tuna + vegetables + 2 slices of whole wheat bread

meal 5
beef + brown rice + vegetable

meal 6
2 scoops of whey + banana.

In total i should be getting around 2000-2200 calories. Does this plan look good?

When you use the word cutting, diet should be your primary concern.
Post what you are eating and your other stats....height, weight, age, etc...

Also, as previously stated, browse through the stickies in the beginners forum....they will answer many, many questions that you may have.

i've posted my diet. Im 165-170lbs. 5'9" tall, and 18 years old. My body fat is around 14-20%.
