I'm 6'1 and weigh just about 168 lbs. I know I'm not 'fat' but I do have a layer of skin over my AB's. I want to get rid of that, and working out AB's won't do that for me. I get confused on what I can and cannot eat. Some of the stuff I know is...

Oatmeal with water or skim milk is good. (No cinnamon)

Grilled Chicken, Filet Mignon is good.

Tuna (But I don't like Tuna) is good.

Fruits and veggies are good.

Lemme ask my questions now...

What should I be eating and at what times of the day? I do Cardio everyday andI work out 5 times a day so those factors aren't an issue, I just need to know what to eat, I've basically been starving myself past 2-3 days so I wouldn't eat the wrong thing. And I know that the body needs nutrients to function so I don't wanna starve myself. So, what should I be eating?

Cinnamon is fine - there is a really helpful sticky thread on the top of the nutrition fourm. (here's the link http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=1222)
the basics are eat small, eat often, eat clean. Your TOTAL for the day might just be more then you eat normally (it was for me - normal - 1200, now - 1800 and losing weight).
For a good mix of foods - take a look at john stone's meal logs for the past year and a half - there's almost 500 days of foods to look at! (http://johnstonefitness.com/menus/apr_2003_history.html)
good luck, and congrats on your changes thus far!
