Just received my book from Amazon.ca entitled:-
Power Training (Men's Health) by Robert dos Remedios.MA,CSCS.
There's exercises in this book I'll bet a lot of people never heard of.
Good photos on standard exes....lot so of hybrids and combos....condensed home workouts for strength, power, cardio.
Good nutritional advice....he stresses the control of Insulin being more important for growth/strength than Testosterone.
Complete workout tables for strength and hypertrophy phases.
Push/pull splits etc etc.
The list goes on.....:tucool:
Although this book primarily is not about hypertrophy for hypertrophy's sake...you can easily see how you will get hypertrophy as a byproduct from the ex schemes.
Good functional power book.
