I'm having trouble finding supplements such as whey protein, etc. What are good "stand-ins" for these? I know they may not be as effective, but untill I go to the US I may have to use these.

There are other powder forms of protein, but if you can't find whey, you won't find them either. What they did in the 'old days' is ate tons of egg whites, so you can do that too. Or you can just have the stuff shipped to you like i do. There are tons of online retailers that ship worldwide! www.bodybuilding.com (http://www.bodybuilding.com) www.bulknutrition.com (http://www.bulknutrition.com) Inaki Thu, January 29th, 2004, 12:39 PM Ok, so as a starter, what ae the basic supplements I should use to have good results? I might as well buy all at once zamboni Thu, January 29th, 2004, 03:35 PM Whey, creatine, multi's Those are pretty basic if you're trying to gain strength Egg whites, tuna, lean chicken, etc are good sources of protein if you can't get whey. If you live in the states, chances are you can get it pretty easily online for cheap |
