Ok,

edit: my goal is body recompositioning, not dramatic crash weight loss, but i just wish to push things a little faster than they have been, which you can see based on my pic below... thx!

i sound like some anorexic stick girl on youtube, however this isnt the case.

Last few days my appetite has been a little crazy. i am four weeks into a completely clean program. The worst thing i am eating is the occasional low carb protein bar (not a meal replacement, just small to keep me going) and other than that nothing.
No cheat days, no cheat meals. Nothing.

Just simply put seven days a week in the gym, lifting and cardio, tracking myself and doing weekly photos.

Up until the past few days, i have been eating 2300-2400 cals on lifting days, and 2200-2300 on cardio days... Eating high protein (over 200g each day) lower carbs (150-200g a day) and about 60g fat each day avoiding sat fats. I want to push my fat loss further, but now this is my situation:

But in the past week the cravings arrived.
Someone i know who has a degree in psychology told me that it can take up to six weeks to break habits and change behavoir, and four weeks can be a sticking point.

Doubleoqueso from this here forum suggested salad. I have never liked salad, but finally decided that to see a six pack for the first time ever it would be necessary... and i started to eat alot of lettuce, spinach, leafy greens basically.

Today's lunch was chicken breast with a dole salad mix (60 cals for the veggies and 220 cals for the chicken) for a total of 280 calories, and 45g protein.

Today i ate 1900 calories with:
Fat 61g (21g saturated fats)
Carbs 107g (30g fiber)
Protein 210g

So what point is too little, where i start to see catabolic breakdown? If you want to see what i look like, that is here:

Btw, i am 27 and 5'9"

You look like you are making good progress. If you are hitting the gym and doing cardio, there should be no need to drop your calories 300+ to 1900 - you will burn muscle. Just stick around the amount you are at, maybe drop 100 or 200 max. Give it time, the body you want will show up eventually. Judging by your pics, you are not in the position to tweak your diet to see your abs, you need to keep cutting. Stick to your calorie intake, and maybe step it up a little in the gym.

Wow - great progress! :tucool:

Keep at it exactly how you are IMO. It's working, so stick with it.

As for the cheat foods, well done. If you are thinking of going back to bad eating habbits just soak up the good progress comments which are sure to come streaming in to here and keep going.

Another month and you'll be set into the routine more, no bad habbits in sight, and will be looking even better than you already do!

Keep going. :bb:

Yea dude, if you can spring for it, pick up the MyoTape and BF calculator double pack for sale at most online stores. It really pays dividends in charting your body fat loss and muscle gain. It wouldn't surprise me if you were doing a little of both with 2.2k of clean foods in those proportions.

Agree with the above - awesome progress and keep up the good work. Very solid advice: if it's working, keep to it. Change up the program when progress stops.

You've done an amazing job so far, so keep it up! Stay motivated through those cravings.
