Hi, Im 6 feet around 190, Im looking to cut! I usually lift weight/cardio in the evening, but now I only have time in the mornings. My workout will be 1 hour after my breakfast.
My breakfast when I was lifting in the evenings was a Protien Shake w/ glut/bcaa/flax oil, a package of Oatmeal, and half a cup of cottage cheese (400 grams total). What changes should I do to my breakfast now that it is my preworkout meal now? Should I remove the oils since I shouldnt be taking oils before a workout? What changes would you guys recommend?

it really depends. i tend to find that when i workout in the morning or before the majority of my daily activities are going to take place, i am hungry aaaallll day long, and it is a huge pain in the ass. i am cutting right now if that is important to note.

I might add more protein before your lift. maybe some egg beaters (although they destroy my stomach) or some real eggs if you have time to cook them.

maybe some lean bacon? i like turkey bacon although the sodium content can be high.

But from what i have read, most people say to go with lean protein and some carbs like oats before lifting.

you may also try coffee considering you are just getting up in the morning. i try and take 200mg caffeine in form of a pill before i lift. give it 20 minutes to hit you and you will feel a bit more kick in the gym... of course that is assuming you have good heart health etc.
