Hi all,
I need a little more advice I am about to start my cutt my Knee has healed very well and I am able to lift with it so its back to the gym for me.
I am about to do something a little different as I hate doing cardio I find it so boring. I have joined a martial arts class that I train with on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also do my own boxing training every day for my cardio work out. With this sort of a training schedule's should I also be doing weights. I was thinking of using something like the body for life weight lifting program where for every body part they do supersets. I am trying not to lose much muscle while on my cut so I do not want to over do it.
Please help me any advice would be appreciated.
