Pre-Breakfast LISS Cardio
Meal 1: Special K protein plus with skim milk or protein shake or egg whites
Meal 2: apple or 2 pieces of whole wheat with almond butter
Meal 3: Fish and vegetables or grilled chicken and vegetables
Meal 4: 2pc whole wheat w/almond butter or fruit
Meal 5: protein shake pre- and post- workout or chicken breast
Meal 6: chicken breast or other protein

How is this meal plan?

Any comments are appreciated.

I'd personally drop the whole wheat bread and move your carb intake to pre and post workout (I'd be OK with breakfast including carbs too unless you're strictly limiting. Use whole grain sources instead. For example: oats for breakfast and PWO, and a whole grain pre-WO too.

Also, I personally prefer a meat or dairy protein in every meal- so meals 2 and 4 would be meat, fish, or maybe cottage cheese, etc.

It doesn't seem like you are getting much fat. Adding a handful of almonds to a meal or drizzling a bit of olive oil over your veggies would provide you with more good fats.

I don't agree without knowing his full macros- for example: how much almond butter. 4T of that plus the fat in the meat and fish may be plenty.
