View Full Version : Dec 07 275lbs - July 08 223lbs
CA$ON July 17th, 2008, 07:19 PM Well I am proud of what I have done in the short time, so I want to post it lol.
I just started Thermocin this week from AtLarge and its going pretty good. Picking up energy for workouts and work.
In Dec my pant size was 46-48 Today my pants are 40's and loose, I am wearing a 38 size belt on the 2nd hole. 3x shirts down to a loose XL or a good fit L.
Pictures will be taken monday and posted with other pictures of my progress.
This forum is helping me a bunch and this was a life lesson for me to stay fit and healthy. You can do ANYTHING if you really want to. :tucool:

I have not been 220lbs since high school. 2004
Thanks!
When I get to around 200lbs I think Swole Cat will have a phone call to push me where I want to be. Everyone says I have a good frame to build on, so I hope I can do it.

In Dec 07 my diet was just watching my portions with still my favorite foods. Feb 08 is when I started watching out for high calorie foods. Late March of 08 I started to get more serious on what I ate and started to do the 6 meals a day when I had the time.
Today I have to work and go to college so I am very limited on what and when I can eat. Here is a typical day now.
Monday
Morning wake up 7:30
Take 2 Thermocin
8:00 am Drink 2 scoops of Strawberry Nitrean (sometimes with propel water OR water mixed with blueberry pomegranate juice) 20oz
If I have time I make tunafish sandwich half a can with 12 grain wheat bread, relish for breakfast. Miracle whip, lemon juice, hot sauce, 1 tbl ranch dressing.
1 Atlarge multi vitamin and fish oil pill.
12:30 For lunch I would have another sandwich the same way. 1 1/2 cup of steamed broccoli with lemon juice. Some times I have carrots and broccoli same portion. 1 banana.
OR
8 oz chicken breast grilled with same veggies and banana.
OR
1 turkey sausage link with all the same above.
(Just started today 1 multi vitamin 1 fish oil 2 thermocin after lunch)
Semi dinner? 5:00 pm I get home and drink 2 scoop nitrean mix like above and a tuna fish sandwich if I did not eat it for breakfast. Class starts at 6:00pm.
Class ends at 10:00pm I get home around 11:00pm and I eat cottage cheese 4% or less 1 cup worth with mixed fruit cup mixed in. 16-20 oz cup of whole milk. 1 multi vitamin 1 fish oil.
No workout.

Thanks...
3miles done yesterday again (legs are a little sore) and I did 4 different workouts 3 sets. Chest and bicep, some tricep (I like tricep workouts lol)
Today I will do cardio again and check out my college gym next weekend or this week. I dont have many leg exercises with my smith machine combo.
223lbs today so its no fluke :D
CA$ON July 21st, 2008, 10:03 PM 223lbs on the dot.
CA$ON July 24th, 2008, 10:45 PM Figured I would update whoever that might be looking.
Today I am noticing fast muscle gains from push ups and more dumbbell training. Also I am noticing my skin feeling tighter but more elastic. I am still taking the thermocin and it is helping me get that extra push for cardio and weight lifting.
I hope this continues and I think I will be uncovering a good load of muscle I have built for years... Back in high school I was able to bench around 315lbs but could never get ripped.
My pictures are really sucky with my phone and I have a Fuji Film S9000 to take new ones with this weekend.
After sharing my next set of pictures I would appreciate any advice of what I should focus more on. My buddy told me I have the size to start body building and I have been thinking about taking this to the next level since I am seeing decent results.
Mhistava July 24th, 2008, 11:15 PM Congrats on the success! Keep it going :tucool:

CA$ON July 30th, 2008, 02:09 PM Thanks guys and gals.
I am just getting started. Today will be my second REAL workout session. :bb:
In 2 1/2 weeks I have lost 1 inch on my waist with tape not jean size. I was at 40's for pants (tight fit), but now they feel pretty big.
