Those are all solid moves. I think what it boils down to is that if you incorporate a lot of compound exercises into your workouts then you can yield results (assuming your diet is very very clean). It's inspiring for sure!

It is motivational ..But he is a professional trainer . if you look at his before stats he was still doing 55 pushups in a minute and 15 pull ups in a set....

He does provide some good advice on diet / HIIT cardio and its free so u cant complain!

You can complain. all the hundreds of lifting guides out there serve to fragment and confuse newbies, making it hard to decide which method to follow.

The glass-half-full view on that would be that all the information out there shows that there are many options and possibilities to help one find a solution.

Or just lots of methods to string newbies along so they never understand what they are doing, or what they are doing does to their bodies.
As a rule I ignore any method with "dumbell" as a word in any of its lifts.
