I posted this in another thread but I would really suggest getting a good, medium sized cooler and packing your food for the day in it. I cook all my meals (i eat 5 on the road and 2 at home). I eat at my desk or on my way to places. It has been the best thing for me bc my meals are always planned and ready to go. Make sure to pack a microwavable bowl and some silver and paper towels.

I even took it with me to a wedding the other day because I was going to be out all day and didn't want to be tempted....
