Hi, Im 6 feet and around 190, Im trying to cut during the summer, I follow a proper diet (2000-2400 cals). I've done AM fasted cardio followed by PM weights and noticed some results. I've also done afternoon weights immediately followed by my local gym's spinning class. I noticed that I get better results with the weights followed by spinning. Some people have told me that it is not ideal to do this, can someone give me their opinion on this? should I continue the spinning? is it harmful to my body?

I see no problem with this. As long as you're doing the spinning after the weight session I don't think there's any harm. :)

Agreed. Your heart rate is already elevated from the lifting, and so you'll probably get a better cardiovascular workout.

Just don't reverse the order, or you'll find you have no juice left for any big lifts.
