Hello Guys,

Just wondering how many of you do cardio on your 1 week break from weight lifting during a cutting phase?

MAX OT stated the following:
"One very important thing, well, actually two. Do not do any type of strenuous aerobic or anaerobic activity during this week. You don't have to be a slug, but refrain from any exhausting or physically taxing activities. This is a recuperation week that is a key element in Max-OT. "

Please give details why you believe that you should do cardio or not.....to help me make my own decision. I am in the cutting phase right now.
