I got back from my holiday a couple of weeks ago. I was away for 11 days. I didn't train when I was away but ate sensibly which was hard to do. On returning I knew that I hadn't put on any weight and in fact I actually lost some. The problem is I am finding it hard to go back to my pre-holiday diet and training regime. I havn't been binging but my motivation is at a low point. Does anyone have any ideas of how to kick start the whole process again. I am very frustrated. Thanks

Take a look at the 'Media Gallery' forum. Seeing other peoples transformations gives me huge motivation.

I know exactly what you mean. I sometimes have the same problem after a cheat meal/day, especially if I don't gain weight. To sort of play off Craig's advice, I take pictures of myself every week and when I need motivation, I just look at some old pictures. I also have learned that you have to consider food as fuel and not just something that tastes good.
