I'm still here and still trying to get in the best shape of my life... I've added in running and have a challenge thread that i've started to see if I can someday get to a 21 minute 5k. My first 5k was ran on July 3rd and it was 29:30, some of it was better than I expected some of it was worse, but all in all I guess considering I haven't ran like that in over 5 years and 40lbs ago it was pretty good. I hit the first mile marker a little over 8 1/2 minutes. Anyways i'm not trying to bulk up much I just want to get lean and efficient (for running, hiking, etc..). I have a pretty physically stressful job (I lose anywhere from 5-8lbs in water everyday) and its hot!!! I'm going to plan on running at least 3-4 days a week and lifting at least 3 days. I'm going to do full body routines, little rest, 3 sets 6-8 reps as my workout, and I have a few training programs i'll go through as far as running goes. I'm going to attempt to seriously post foods/workouts/bodyweight stats as time goes on. Without running to the scale i'd say i'm 190lbs and I need to be at a max of 155. I'll check in later.
