So I took some better photo's of myself in better light.
Still hard to beleive just 9 months ago I was 100lbs heavier! hah

Anyways I'm trying to guesstimate about what my body fat percentage is right now. I have no way of really telling. I have been slowly dropping weight still over the past several months but this week I started cutting, better diet, and actually working out. I've dropped another 2lbs on the scale this week.

So again, my question what do you think my body fat % is, and I'm still trying to guess about how much fat I have left to lose before I start seeing definition.... Man I am soooo sore. :\

The thing about definition is that you need something to define. Excellent job on the weight loss thus far, though it may behoove you to embark on a clean bulk for a good 6 months.

I would guess your BF% to be around 17-20%, maybe less. But were you to cut downto single digits, you may wind up looking rather skeletal. Another nice thing about muscle is that the more of it you have, the easier it is to cut due to the metabolic boost.

Just my humble opinion.

(wow, havent used that one in a while)

If i were you i would be so happy, as i could start to eat again (eat clean that is) and gain muscle.

Look at now as a time to make some good muscle gains. The tough part of dieting is over, now the fun part of eating and lifting more starts!

like others said on here, you need something to define before you see definition. The amount of arm adipose is minimal, and if you bulked up your tri's bi's and shoulders you would look alot more cut and defined than if you tried to lose more fat.

Same goes for your chest and midsection, don't go out and pig out, just eat super clean and start lifting at the gym more and you will have a wicked physique in 2-3 months i'd say.
