Hey guys, i've decided I want to start cutting soon...over the last couple years ive bulked from 170 pounds 9-11% body fat to 200 pounds 20-21% body fat. I think its time to cut...a couple of questions though...
should I finish out my muscle milk and then cut?
should I start now and take muscle milk while I cut?
should my lifting be the same and just add in cardio?
how many calories should I eat?
and when should I stop cutting and bulk back up?
I'm mainly doing this because I have had gyno since I was 13, im 18 now, the glands are not very big at all, actually I have mild gyno, my nips are soft, when there hard my chest looks great...there is some kind of lump under both of them but it is very mild. I really like being at 200 pounds, but I don't like the way my chest looks, so i'm hoping if I lower the fat it will disappear some. Thanks.

I hate to be redundant, as I'm sure you've heard this a lot, but careful study of the Fat Loss sticky will answer all your questions.
But, to help a bit ~ If you can fit it into your macronutrient goals, the muscle milk is fine (though for cutting, it's pretty high in carbs and fat - lots of sugar).
If you are cutting right (that is, eating enough of the right foods) you should be making progress with your lifts while losing fat, even with a small amount of cardio (i.e. 20 min/day, 6 days/week). Cutting back on rest time between sets is another way to boost the metabolic impact of lifting.
To determine how many calories you need, find your BMR. Add in the activity factor accordingly, and you have an idea of what to aim for. However, I've found aiming for specific daily amounts of protein, carbs, and fat makes my calories fall into place nicely.
Stop cutting when you feel like it. If You get down to 9-11% BF and you're happy enough, bulk again. If you wanna shoot for 6%, go for it. Your goals are your own. Reach for them.

MM is for a bulk, not for a cut. Personally when i cut, i drop all carbs and up my fats. MM has too many carbs for me. Your lifts should always be heavy. You want to preserve as much muscle as possible on a cut. When should you stop and bulk back up? Judge by how you look in the mirror. As far as how many cals you should eat? Everyone throws out 500 below maintenance. Everyone is different and 500 never worked for me. I had to drop 800-1000 below maintenance to hit 8%
