At the end of the school year (June 13th) I weighed 165lbs, leading up to that I was doing SS, eating a f-load, and lots of milk. For the past couple weeks I have been doing a HIT routine and some HIIT but no HIIT recently cuz I got some killer shin splints. I have also changed my diet aiming it towards recomposition my diet is basically: 3-4 eggwhites and a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a PBJ for a snack, a turkey sandwich on wheat for lunch, pre-WO shake with milk, post-WO shake with milk, a chicken breast and 4 oz of beans for snack, and then dinner which is something like a chicken breast or ground beef or turkey sandwich or pasta and some vegies, and only water throughout the day. Anyway I now weigh just over 155 and although I do appear leaner I think I might have lost muscle too, then again I don't know what 10lbs of fat looks like at around 12-14% bf.

I've gotten bored with the HIT so my plan is to start doing crossfit with some heavy Compound Lifting, ie CF/CL/CF/CL/CF. And start eating a bit more.

Any thoughts on everything?

List out your diet like this:

M1...
M2...

including portion sizes. Also totals of protein/carbs/fats would be useful too. :)
