Hello
If I decide to get a personal trainer that will help me lose weight and gain muscle what are some questions I should be asking?
I would want them to do all the grunt work like making sure I have a good meal plan that provides me with all the fuel I need while also keeping me on workout plan that is flexible and changes as I grow to keep me moving froward.
I have no clue what kind of price range I have but I'm trying to get some ideas so that when posting an add on craigslist (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=E6M&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=craigslist&spell=1) or talking on the phone to a trainer I will be equipped with enough knowledge to know if they are the real deal or not.
Thanks so much for the advice.
