I fell away from my fitness lifestyle for the last 6 months after attempting a very strict diet that burned me out. I have a box of vitamins, can't remember the name now of course, its the blue box with cellophane packets of different vitamins in it. Mega pak or something like that. Anyhow, they've been in the refridgerator since I bought them, and I see on the packets they expired 1/31/08. I'd really hate to throw away a $30 box of vitamins, but don't want to waste my time choking down worthless pills. I think the expiration date was for the two oil capsules in the pack, but they've been in the fridge...
So, those in the know, what say you, do they stay or go?
I'm ready to get back in the saddle again, no more crazy diets to hurry the progress, slow and steady, back to the lifestyle.

i'd just take them, it hasn't been expired for that long. they might not be as effective as before, but i don't think it's going to make you sick. plus i heard exp. dates on supplements aren't as conservative as it could be because the manufacturers want you to keep buying more and more.

Normally they last at least a month after expiration.

If you kept them in the fridge though. . .it probably won't kill you.

Expiration dates and safety issues vary with the product (ie: never take expired creatine)
