Everyday as one of my meals I have about 20 large sized shrimp with a glass of water. I do so for the protein...according to the nutrional facts I'm getting about 30grams of protein with 20 large shrimp.. My concern is that for 20 shrimp, according to the nutrional facts, I'm getting about 90% of my daily Cholesterol intake. Should I not be eating this many shrimp on a daily basis? What could happen if I keep eating this many shrimp every day? Thanks guys!

In eat, on average, 400 gm of cooked peeled shrimp every day, and have done so for the last three months. I recently had my cholestrol tested - 128, down from 140 before my recomposition.
Cholesterol levels are mostly genetically controlled.

Cholestrol levels are mostly genetically controlled.
 For most people the science is beginning to show this is true and that sometimes junk carbs have more of an effect on serum lipids than stuff like eggs or shrimp.
My blood work has improved even though I eat lot more red meat, eggs, cheese, etc than ever, while controlling carbs (HDL up, LDL down, triglycerides down 50%).
Some people are hyper-responders to cholesterol in food, though, so get a physical and see.

20 shrimp a day?! I'm jealous.
The only thing that could happen eating that much shrimp every day is you set yourself up for disappointment with any other meal... that or you'll turn into a shrimp. If that happens, let me know and I'll give you my address (be sure to bring some cocktail sauce).
