Hey guys!
For my 21st Birthday on July 7th I want to lose weight... go on a diet whatever it takes....
This probably isn't the right place for this or something but.... I went to www.thebiggestloserclub.com and found out this info.... My BMI is 36.2 and my target BMI is 24... also I have a daily calorie intake of
1,715... now I am trying to eat right so that it will just be 1,715 calories a day... I don't know how to do this for 6 meals a day.... do any of you have any suggestions on meal ideas... I have an abs diet book but I was wondering if there was a site or something that would randomly pick meals for you with recipes... with everything adding up to my desired calorie intake... probably just a stupid question but whatever... thanks for the help!

You might be better off shooting for 2000 cals a day, getting five 400 calorie meals consisting of approximately 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat (ie. 30g protein, 30g carbs, 15g fat). Make sure you get a LOT of veggies (you can never eat too many veggies) and enough water (half your weight in oz).

Add in 3 full body workouts per week, such as M-W-F, T-TH-SAT, or whatever works, so long as you have at least a day of rest between each lift. Do a bit of cardio on your non-lift days (anything that gets your heart rate up, really).

That's an ultra simplified version of it all, but those are the very basics to getting in shape in a healthful manner. There's no trick to it, you've just got to do it right and do it for a long time. The results are more than worth it, though!

There's a Feeling Great menu at World's Healthiest Foods, but it's lower in calories than you should be aiming for.

If you're willing to pay for it, there's ediets.
