I've taken a break from training for the better part of the last 14 months or so due to some medical issues and the games they were playing with my head. One of those issues is Type II Diabetes. I was going to order some bulk protein and carbs from one of the online suppliers and I was wondering if any body's adding flavor to waxy maize or if it's really no worse than bulk BCAA's? I've got some Syntrax Roadside Lemonade (Nectar) that I'm been mixing with Watermellon Extend that works out to be pretty tasty. Maybe that's enough flavoring to mix with the maize?
Then again...maybe I'll just fall back on white rice PWO instead, since I've got one of them nifty rice cookers. :D Anyway...I'm open to suggestions. Making an appointment to meet with the dietitian is already on the list. No point in making things too difficult if they don't need to be.
