Thanks, I definitely enjoyed it.

I guess we can argue about the healthiness or not about eating meat, but I would agree that for Mr Average, eating a 16oz steak as a normal portion is rather a lot.

And I'd definitely agree that meat in general (and probably the same for other produce) is not as healthy as it was before industrial farming.

Well, with unplanned meals it is rather easy to eat too much. Very easy.

Especially in a day and age where more=better. Bigger portions, larger dishes=more calories=more obese people.

Pretty simple.
