Hi all, i just found what might be a good meal option but a few things concern me- anyways quick rundown of the facts (4 serving -not really that much-)

Cals: 920
Fat: 20g's
Carbs: 156g's
Protein: 50g's

As is, i don't think it is to great but i thought i could add things like beef and chicken in. If i were to add in 6oz of beef i would get 400 more cals, 20g's of fat and another 50g's of protein, if i broke this down into two meals i would get this..
660 cals
20g's fat
83g's carb
50 g's protein -for sauce i pour over crushed tomatoes

-that looks prety good to me, any thoughts?

To me, a "meal" is around 450 calories-ish. Are you bulking or cutting? If cutting, I'd say cut it into 6 instead of 4 servings.

Otherwise, adding the beef or chicken seems to make the macros more "acceptable," but it really depends upon what your own goals are and what else you eat throughout the day. Like, I get much more fat than average during the afternoon but much more protein than average during my dinner.

I think more info's needed here before any meaningful comments can be made.

Okay, I take part of my comments back. If you're 15, 10% bf, then you should be bulking. 4 servings is fine for 660 calories. The rest should also be fine.

Are these store made? Those things tend to have lots of crap added to them. I wouldn't consider premade ravoli eating clean.

If you're craving pasta for it's convenience I would recommend making lasagna. You can alter it quite easily. Use skim mozarella, ricotta OR Cottage cheese, chicken or beef, low carb or whole wheat noodles, and veggies. Doesn't take long on a sunday and that'll provide a way better macro profile, and is easy to store and serve for lunch or dinner.

If I'm fully cutting out pasta I switch the noodles for thin slided eggplant. Voila....low carb.
